Terms of service

We provide a white-label GPS tracking platform on a server dedicated to your brand: the web portal, its modules and, if you order it, the branded Fleet app. We host the server and look after its certificates, backups and software updates.

Plans differ only in how many devices the server may track (Starter: up to 50; 100 devices: up to 100; 500 devices: up to 500; 1,000 devices: up to 1,000; 2,000 devices: up to 2,000). Lifetime unlimited is agreed individually in writing. Devices are the trackers and cameras on the server; users, client accounts and drivers are not limited.

Prices start at $50 a month and are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. PayFast charges in South African rand at the rate shown at checkout. There is no setup fee and no share of the revenue you bill your clients. The branded Fleet app costs $50 once.

Your first payment covers the first month, plus the Fleet app if you add it. After that, the plan's monthly price is charged to the same card each month, in rand at that month's dollar rate. PayFast keeps the card; we never see its number. The amount in rand can therefore change slightly from month to month with the exchange rate.

If a monthly payment fails, we try again on the following days and let you know. If it still cannot be collected, your server may be suspended until the account is settled; your data is kept in the meantime.

This is a digital service. Your server is normally live within a day of your first payment, and we email your sign-in details when it is ready. Nothing physical is shipped.

You can move to a larger plan at any time; the new price applies from your next monthly payment. Your server takes devices up to your plan's limit; to add more, move up a plan.

• Use the platform lawfully, including the laws on tracking people and vehicles, and on recording video, in the places you operate.
• Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once about any misuse.
• Your clients' information on your server is yours. You decide how it is used, and you are responsible to your clients for it; we handle it only to run the service for you (see the privacy policy).
• The prices you charge your own clients, and your agreements with them, are your own.

We work to keep all servers available and up to date, and plan maintenance outside busy hours where we can. Support is by email at info@whitelabelgps.net. Tracking depends on devices, mobile networks and third-party services outside our control, so we cannot promise that all positions and alerts arrive.

Cancel whenever you like. No further months are charged, and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. After 30 days, payments are not refunded. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.

Your data remains yours. Ask us before the end of your last paid month and we will export it for you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. We will email you about any material change before it applies to you; if you do not accept it, you can cancel.
