General questions

What is white-label GPS tracking software?

Tracking software a company runs under its own name: its logo, its web address and its app, with the maker of the software kept out of view. The company sells tracking to its clients while the vendor stays in the background.

Who uses this platform?

Tracking companies, vehicle installers and security firms that sell tracking to others, and businesses that want a fleet system of their own rather than an account on someone else's.

Is there an AI assistant or machine learning in the platform?

No. Scores, alerts and reports come from rules and from the data the devices send. Nothing is passed to an AI service.

What does a device type mean in the 4,800 figure?

A make and model, or a firmware variant that reports in its own way. Many of them share a protocol: the 4,800 types are read through 269 protocols.

Can I sell hardware and services through the platform?

Yes. The billing module keeps a product list, takes orders and raises quotes and invoices, so a tracker, its fitting and the monthly service can sit on one document.

How do my clients get support?

They raise tickets in the portal or over WhatsApp, and your team answers from the support desk, which has SLA timers, saved replies and a knowledge base.

Do you deal with my clients directly?

No. Your clients deal with you, under your name. We support you and keep the server and the software running.

Can the platform follow trailers and equipment with no ignition?

Yes. Battery units on trailers, containers or plant report on their own schedule, and the assets module ties each item to its tracker, its documents and their expiry dates.

If I stop using the platform, what happens to my data?

You can have it. Ask before your final paid month runs out and we export it for you; it is your data, not ours.

Who founded whitelabelgps?

Ivan Rushmer. His telematics career started in 2014; the about page tells the rest.

Put it on your own server and try it.

Order online and your server is normally live the next day, with your domain and logo in place and the tracker ports open.
