Cost per device as a plan fills.
The monthly price divided by the devices actually in use. A plan is cheapest per device when full, which is why it often pays to move up before the limit is reached.

How payment works.
The terms of service and the refund policy have the full wording.

| Checkout | At checkout you pay one month up front with a card, through PayFast. Adding the Fleet app puts $50 on that first charge. |
| Setup | We build the server, usually by the next day, and email you its address and login. |
| Each month | The card on file is billed for the plan, converted to rand at the current rate. We never hold the card number; PayFast does. |
| Cancelling | Cancel at any time; nothing further is charged, and the platform keeps running to the close of the period already paid. |
| Refunds | A refund of the opening payment is yours on request for 30 days. Later payments are final. |
Questions about plans and billing
What counts towards the device limit?
Trackers and cameras added to the server. Users, drivers, client accounts, geofences, API keys and webhook endpoints are not counted.
In which currency is the card charged?
The plans are priced in US dollars, but PayFast bills your card in rand. The first conversion uses the rate on the checkout page; each later month is converted at that month's rate.
What if a monthly payment fails?
The charge is retried over the next few days and we tell you about it. If it still fails, we may suspend the server until the balance is paid. Nothing on it is deleted in the meantime.
Can I change to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Tell us which plan you want; we raise the limit on your existing server and bill the new amount from the next payment date. Nothing is migrated, so data, branding and accounts are untouched.
