About GPS White Label

GPS White Label explains the whitelabelgps tracking platform from the technical side: what it runs on, what it does and what it can be wired into. It is written by whitelabelgps, which develops the platform and hosts it, and plans ordered here are supplied by whitelabelgps.

Why a technical site

People comparing white-label platforms tend to ask the same hard questions: which protocols, which API, how data is kept apart, what exactly carries their name. Those answers usually live in sales calls. Here they are written down, and the claims were checked against the software before it went on a page.

Ivan Rushmer, founder

Ivan Rushmer founded whitelabelgps. He started in telematics in 2014 and has worked across the field since then, running GPS tracking services, writing software and designing tracker hardware.

The hardware work put him in close contact with several large telematics manufacturers. Much of his time has been spent in China, in the factories where many trackers are built, working with manufacturers on the design of new units.

He also builds software end to end, as a full-stack engineer. On this platform he has written code at each level, from the listeners that decode device messages up to the browser portal and the Fleet app. The supported list grew to 4,800 device types under his direction, from Teltonika, Concox, Queclink and many other makers, and each brand on the platform has a server of its own.

His profile is on whitelabelgps.net.
